Wow, I wasn't feeling a #5k #run leading up to it, but once my feet started to move, good things began to happen. My feet were coming higher off the pavement and my gate was deeper. The result? 12 #personalrecords and 2 2nd bests, including the 5k itself. I went from 9:30mi avg to a 9:14. That means my #goal of 9min mi are in sight!
