I only do private contracts for certain people. But I’ve been cooking for over 40 years… I began at 4. When I butchered my own chicken with my grandmother guiding me through cooking I found my passion. Most of what I know today is self taught.

You must be a real good cook. :)

I have so much more to learn. But my craft is fine tuned. I will admit, there are times during recipe development where I question my skills. I am such a harsh critic.

Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm sure you like to work hard. :)
