Rum,should be mezcal but I don't have it so I used tequila reposado, pineapple juice, orgeat, lime juice. 2 dashes of chocolate bitter, all mixed in the glass and covered with crushed ice.
Then 5 dash of angostura bitter on top. Cheers 🥂
