I didn't research about aliento but I have done little research about helios. I am powering up the Hive I receive each week and in long run it helping me to grow faster.

I recommend that you read the posts published on its profile, because the team - usually - makes constant updates.
By reading everything, you can better understand what they do (because it's not all in just one post).
