It's not when you help with the full amount that makes you a kind person. It's your heart that does.
Besides, this is a fool-proof approach if you're lending a significant amount of your earnings to someone you don't know physically.
Do some checks on their accounts and/or ask someone who might be able to vouch for them. This has been helpful to me lately.
