🎙️ ¿Cuántas veces hemos oído pero no escuchado de verdad? Si tú eres un líder, conocer la diferencia puede marcar un antes y un después en tu equipo. Esta es la tercera parte de mi último episodio – PERMISO – sobre los 5 Niveles de Liderazgo, en donde hablo de tres prácticas concretas para crecer como líderes:
- Escuchar activamente, con intención.
- Dar y recibir retroalimentación con empatía y claridad.
