I think its only available in Ecency Decks. Did you see the guide from @beeber?

Oh yeah I communicate with her and it's also desktop browser she shows. Maybe I'm a little slow at comprehending and reading
I'm interested in the wave thing my tablet is charging and I can't get to it right now and that's only place I can show you a photo on so we can all take a long break from me
Ah yeah i think it is only in the browser working at the moment.
Well it's available here but I just don't know how to use it yet I don't know what the plus thing means on the decks yeah just not the app

Oh thats good then, to add Waves. To view Ecency Waves, all you need to do is:
1- Click Add New column
2- Click Waves
3- Click to Change
4- Click Ecency Waves
5- Click Continue
