I was given hello again; three drills one day two dewalt and a makita fixed the dewalt and recemtly I asked for a damaged battery from my brother. He always disregards damaged stuff and I decided to revive the battery and it worked!
Top and bottom step up voltage regulator 400 watts and step down regulator 150 watts I used the step down voltage regulator at 23 watts of power to charge each pair of 18950 cells individually; the process took me all day saturday praise the Lord I finished safe this is dangerous its my disclaimer 
So anyway the voltage each cell operates is 4 volts and the 5 amp 20 volt battery pack has the battery cells in a 5s config I used the voltage meter to figure that one out and come to find out its labeled right on the top 😅

My next project involves a three phase alternator finding optimal voltage at 60hz And making a generator with a single phase 240 v line hho evaporative gasoline carburator exhaust then using a thousand watt ps to convert to and inverter be it grid tie or stand alone 4000 watts is my goal
