Hello dear Ecency community, today I want to show you a small acrylic artwork that I made for my son as a birthday gift, a special keychain.
First, I selected a piece of black acrylic plastic, 2 mm thick, so that the thickness of the keychain wouldn't be so relevant when they were joined together.

Then I proceeded to cut it, in the shape of the helmet of the iconic character from the Star Wars movie, which is the popular Darth Vader.

This perhaps became a little complicated, but I had to take the shapes of some parts in acrylic to make the front of the helmet, the eyes and the mouth.

And it surprises me somewhat because when I start cutting out the circles and the triangle that makes the mouth effect, it looks like the popular black chick from an 80s cartoon with an eggshell for a helmet called Calimero 🤣🤣🤣

I hope some of my readers have seen this polar cartoon; in fact, that's what they called me when I
was in high school 🤣

Continuing with the cuts, you would have to make a double cut on both sides.

To avoid going into too much detail, I was able to assemble it piece by piece until I achieved the shape of Darth Vader's mask, and there was no better gift in life than seeing my son happy with his keychain.

Happy birthday son, I love you so much

😘🎂
