LIFE IN SWITZERLAND, the Happy Country of the World!

.
Today, there are definitely some countries that many of you want to visit or wish to stay there permanently, which are therefore attractive to you.

Some of you like the climate and nature of the countries you desire, some of you more identify the culture and lifestyle of the people in those countries with your character.

Some of you want to leave the country you are in for purely economic reasons.

What if I were to talk about a single country where all these conditions are easily met?

Yes, I think I know a place like that.

A country where almost everyone lives in wealth, where every inch of land is safe and which can be called the capital of happiness with its unspoiled nature...

That's Switzerland!

The Alps occupy most of the land and are home to a human community of 8.5 million.

It is officially known as the Swiss Confederation and has not seen the slightest sign of war in the country since 1815.

For this reason, their economies have always been developed and today they are among the richest countries in the world.

They also lead the international human organization called the "Red Cross", which was established to protect human life and health.

Switzerland is considered by many to be a member of the European Union, but this country is not a member of the Eurozone.

Therefore, their currency is the Swiss franc, not the Euro.

However, if you have a Schengen Visa, you can easily visit Switzerland as well as other European countries.

But before you go there, you need to know some details.

For example, the country is divided into four main regions in terms of language and culture.

People are grouped in different regions according to the language they speak.

It is one of the rare countries that has four official languages with German, French, Italian and Romani.

For example, while you can speak German extensively in one region, you may witness that French or Italian is spoken in a different part of the country.

For this reason, a common language unity covering the whole country could not be achieved in Switzerland.

In addition, it can be said that there is no religious unity in this country.

Although the Christian population is more than the other beliefs, they also experience differences between themselves as Protestants and Catholics.

But the local people there don't mind them much.

Because no matter what region you live in, people only think about their own peace and happiness.

and they don't care much about what someone else believes, what language they speak.

People are more busy enjoying their wealth and the high quality of life they enjoy.

Since the purchasing power per person is quite high, they can easily have almost any item they want.

Cities such as Zurich, Lausanne, Basel and Geneva are among the most important places you may have heard about Switzerland.

Flights from abroad are frequently made to these cities and people who come to the country as tourists usually spend time in these cities.

By the way, they are experiencing the peaks of entertainment at numerous festivals held in these cities.

For example, the International Balloon Festival held in January,

the Mask Festival, which is also held in Basel in mid-February,

They host many events such as the Easter Music Festival, the Zurich City Carnival and the Geneva International Film Festival.

Let's get to a number of appetizing topics..

What does a person most want if he is going to visit another country for the first time?

Of course, he wonders about the traditional tastes of that country and the taste of its famous food.

I'm sure there aren't many people on Earth who don't like cheese or chocolate.

Swiss entrepreneurs will have realized that

they have reached a peak in the production of cheese and chocolate.

They produce the best quality cheeses and chocolates in the world and sell them to foreign countries!

They are so well versed in their business that they produce about 450 types of cheese.

The most famous of these is Fondue, which is breaded with long forks dec melted cheese in a saucepan.

But what makes this country really popular is definitely its chocolates.

18.it is the country that has been producing the most and highest quality chocolate in the world since the XVIII century.

Especially the 19th.with the development of technological techniques such as tempering at the end of the XIX century

Swiss chocolate has increased its quality and gained worldwide fame.

In addition to technology, a Swiss inventor named Daniel Peter made a big breakthrough and produced milk chocolate, and Switzerland became a country where chocolate is called a brand.

In Switzerland, you can find a lot of chocolates for your taste buds from authentic shops located on almost every corner.

It is worth remembering that in Switzerland, chocolates, like any other food, are quite expensive.

As a reason for this, they say that every food produced is made of the highest quality ingredients.

If you are a tourist, it may be a little costly to give chocolates to your loved ones in your own country.

Let's present some examples of Switzerland from the inside of life.

Switzerland is the only country in the world governed by direct democracy.

So, let's say that you are a citizen there and there is a law that has a negative impact on your way of life.

As an ordinary person, you can sue this law and demand that the constitution be changed.

On the other hand, in this country, people really like to be teachers, and they really educate quality individuals in terms of education.

As a clear example of this, it can be cited that the crime rates in the country are quite low, and the best mathematicians in Europe have been brought up from this country.

In addition, teachers earn more than 120 thousand dollars annually.

The average annual income of teachers in Turkey is only 10 thousand dollars!

On the other hand, there is also no head of state in this country.

In its place is a 7-member council, which assumes the duties of the head of state.

Let's even go further.

The country also does not have an official capital by law.

Nevertheless, the city of Bern is shown as the de facto capital.

We can also safely say that Switzerland is one of the safest countries in the world.

There are more underground bunkers in the country than you can count against a possible nuclear war.

In fact, they have designed highways so that their barriers can be turned into an airstrip that can be dismantled in case of any war.

Interestingly, the sale of weapons in this country is also quite high.

It is assumed that there are as many as 4 million weapons in this country, which has a population of close to 9 million people.

When there are so many weapons, a person is waiting for an event, but

as we have already mentioned, they are one of the countries with the lowest crime rates in the world.

In addition, military service is mandatory for men who have reached the age of 18.

What makes military service different from my country is that all men must keep their weapons in their homes and they must be ready for war at any moment.

Switzerland, which is called the country of peaceful, calm and passive people from the outside, attracts a lot of attention with its disciplined rules of this style!

A different practice that we are not used to is also on penalties.

For example, if a person with a luxury car violates the same traffic rule as a person with an ordinary car, the person with a luxury car is fined more.

The reason for this is quite obvious.

Because the person who owns a luxury car is assumed to be rich, and the penalties imposed vary depending on the income of people.

In summary, Switzerland is one of the safest, most peaceful and livable countries in the world.

I am sure that the number of people who live there and are not satisfied with Switzerland is quite small.

Thank you for reading this article I wrote.

We will enter the new year in 4-5 days. I wish everyone a happy, peaceful and healthy new year.

Merry Christmas
