( EN / DE ) Since I came to the Hive Blockchain through Ecency, I was and still I am of course a big Ecency fan from the beginning. But also for all other bloggers here it would be worthwhile to take a closer look at Ecency, because it offers some very interesting features.
For example, the Ecency points, which I chose to mention in this contest as my favorite feature, because I often use them rewarding posts with an Ecency Boost.
How do I get points?
Simply by doing what I would do here anyway. Voting, commenting, posting or delegating. It may not seem to be many points at first glance, but over time they add up very quickly. If you still don't have enough points, you can buy them directly in Ecency and pay with HIVE or HBD.
And what can I do with the points?
I can use them to boost or promote posts. Or, what is also a nice option, I can give away points as a gift if I think someone needs them urgently. Often they are also used to pay out in contests as prizes for the winners.
Boosting means that a post gets a upvote. However, it should be said that the Ecency team looks through all the submissions and selects them manually to ensure the quality of the boosted content. If a contribution is not accepted for boosting, the points paid for it will be refunded within 24 hours.

Da ich über Ecency auf die Hive Blockchain gekommen bin war und bin ich natürlich von Anfang an ein großer Ecency Fan. Aber auch für alle anderen Blogger hier würde es sich lohnen, Ecency einmal genauer unter die Lupe zu nehmen, da durchaus einige sehr interessante Features bietet.
Wie zum Beispiel die Ecency Punkte (eSteem Punkte), die ich für diesen Contest zu meinem liebsten Ececny Feature gewählt habe, weil ich persönlich sie oft nutze um Beiträge mit einem Ecency Boost zu belohnen.
Wie bekomme ich Punkte?
Einfach indem ich tue, was ich ohnehin hier tun würde. Voten, Kommentieren, Posten oder Delegieren. Es scheinen auf den
ersten Blick wenig Punkte zu sein, aber im Laufe der Zeit summieren sie sich doch sehr schnell. Wer dann immer noch nicht genug Punkte hat, kann sich auch direkt in Ecency welche dazu kaufen und einfach mit HIVE oder HBD bezahlen
Und was kann ich mit den Punkten tun?
Ich kann sie nutzen um Beiträge zu boosten oder zu promoten. Oder, was auch eine schöne Option ist, ich kann Punkte verschenken, wenn ich denke jemand braucht sie dringend. Oft werden sie auch verwendet, um in
Contests als Preise für die Gewinner auszuzahlen.
Boosten bedeutet, dass ein Beitrag einen Upvote bekommt. Allerdings sei dazu gesagt, dass die eingereichten Beiträge vom Ecency Team alle gesichtet und manuell ausgewählt werden, um somit doch die Qualität der geboosteten Contents zu gewährleisten.
Sollte ein Beitrag nicht zum Boosten angenommen werden, dann werden die dafür bezahlten Punkte innerhalb von ca. 24 Stunden wieder zurückgezahlt.

Bin auch ein großer Freund der Punkte, auch wenn es ab und an hakt, wie in der letzten Woche. Das Schönste ist, dass ecency ein kostenloses Onboarding gewährleistet und der Discord-Server sofort hilft, wenn man Fragen hat oder wenn RC fehlen.
Ja aber das kommt sehr selten vor und immerhin bekommt man sie ja geschenkt :-)

My favorite feature is good-karma, he listens. That's what he does—listens. If that's a kiss ass move then my favorite's the suggestion box.
oh I didnt know that good-karma is a "feature" .. I thougt he is one of the hearts and souls of ecency. Thats true, he listens and he replies if somebody has issues.
Technically I guess he's not but in my opinion he sure as hell is.
