Help A Hiveian

Everybody starts somewhere. It always starts slow. The post ideas come. Words form on the screen. Eyes scan the page to check for correct grammar and spelling. One last check of the settings and tags, then "Click." The post goes live.

Then, silence. How many of us remember that silence? It was agonizing, wasn't it? We put our creativity, heart, soul and time into our post. We sent it out for others to read and we get no interaction, or very little. No connection, no interaction. Silence.

Keep Trying
So what did we do? Some of us tried again. Some gave up. Of those who tried again and once more found no response, no connection, some gave up. For you, me, and everyone else reading this, we persevered. It wasn't easy, but here we are.

What if we change that? What if we turn that silence into a symphony of social interaction? Would others have stayed? Possibly.

What Do We Do Now?
Since you're reading this post, here's my ask of you. Think of someone newer to Hive who's pouring their heart and soul into their posts, but they're not seeing any responses or interaction with their posts.

Together, maybe you and I can encourage our newer Hiveians and brighten their day. Even if all it does is bring a smile to someone's face, wouldn't you say it's worth it?
