The initial attempt is changed so even fewer transactions will be affected... Tbh, I was against many of them, and I'm glad that Aggy changed his mind regarding some of them (paying divs for HP delegation, NFT transactions, etc.)
Yea the first was made out of anger for the spam (understandable) I guess, the new proposal is fair enough
