Having a lower resting heart rate is actually a good thing as it can be a sign of heart health.

When I was still training I got my heart rate to 40, now in my perimenopause is it 60. I think I’m still good there.

Athletes usually have insanely low resting heart rates. It speaks to the health and power of the heart.
