But that won't happen on hive or steemit. However on blurt, it's being worked on as we speak by @agorise developer of peerhub.

I tried creating a Blurt account for free, but it's asking for a fee of 80 blurts to complete the sign up form! Sorta confusing for me! Any clues?
Oh...it seems Blurt asks you to pay for everything - sign up, post, comment....here is an article I found:
