Well I would vote yes and I did. But I would want to ask, for all the work required to build a project, do they get any direct benefit from the fund to sustain themselves to build? I haven't built programs before but I assume it won't be easy.

However my answer remains yes. Since Hive is built on a transparency model

Since DHF operates in 0-1 terms we might need to think about setting escrow entity, that would receive direct payments from DHF and release them along the way.
