Today's breakfast was a ham and cheese toast. Very simple and other than some small heat from the toaster oven which is small, the kitchen stayed cool.

Phewww, the way the boy shouted attracted us last night. We rushed to his aid and found him struggling with it.
We assisted him to take it out.
We should as much as possible heed to our neighbour's call. If they need my help, I'll go.
I remember a friend sharing here how a simple checking up on her neighbour who was was all indoors and silent throughout the week helped save him from doing something awful.
