We're excited to announce the new release of Ecency website, bringing a refreshed Wallet 2.0, major Waves updates, and dozens of quality improvements for smoother, faster, and safer experience across the platform.

Completely reworked Wallet interface and logic, not only that, we are excited to announce External wallet setup. You now can create and hold BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, TRX, APT and TON tokens with couple clicks. True multi-token wallet on Hive. In New Wallet page, you can continue managing HIVE, HBD and HIVE along with Ecency POINTS. But also 2nd layer tokens from SPK and Hive ENGINE layer.
Trading view added for external wallets and main Hive tokens giving much nicer outlook of token on market.
๐ Waves and Interactions
The social side of Ecency just got better too:
We added new "For You" and "Following" Waves feeds, also showing What's happening in past 24 hours by showing top hashtags from short content surfing. This gives you idea of what community speaking about right at this moment.
Improved responsiveness and performance of the Waves popups.
Added text color editing feature in the Editor, giving you flexibility to make content more colourful.
Your short-form content and engagement flows are now faster and more interactive.

Improved wallet derive keys and signup logic, external wallet signup flow improved.
Permissions page redesigned, allowing easier way to setup and manage your authorities and keys.
Enhanced Onboard Friend experience using the new seed logic.
Fixed several hydration and null-check issues for more stable signup and post interactions.
๐ ๏ธ Performance and Bug Fixes
Improved DOM safety checks and hydration logic (especially for iOS Safari).
Fixed post enhancement timing and stability.
Sanitized search and improved error handling for null data from the API.
Resolved issues with edit history breaking feeds.
Fixed numerous layout and style inconsistencies across pages.
Moved sdk and wallets packages internally to simplify builds and deployments.
๐ Localization & Crowdin
Multiple Crowdin translation updates have landed, improving language coverage and accuracy for our global community. We have enabled German, Dutch, Japanese, Polish, French languages.

Hello @ecency team, i been using the front end and the app for long. Actually i use a browser called 'kiwi' to get in the ecency website, all this to save data and skip connection troubles. This new update looks great with more tools and details but on the mobile its really slow. Its any way to use the v3 version again? Just for people like me with horrible internet connection.
I just logged in today and I was surprised by the change in the wallet design.
It is interesting to offer links to other blockchains.

Alternative, here are steps in screenshots@ecency, there is only one thing missing, that we can trade our ENGINE tokens directly on ecency wallet, since tribaldex and hive-engine have operating problems, unless I don't have the right nodes
In due time, we might add that into Ecency. Hopefully until then, engine nodes will become more stable.
