My first speech was after my secondary school education because during my whole childhood I have never given a speech before so I will tell you how it happened it a short story. So after secondary school I took up a course (Web Development) at RAD5 tech hub so as I took up the course we always had this team s meeting but I never took it serious because I was struggling in some parts in my course . So one day I came in the morning so everyone decided to share topics amongst ourselves ,and my own topic was on empathy and I was afraid of messing myself up in front of everyone so this kept me thinking and thinking I even asked AI on my topic many times . So on the day of my speech I went very early so that I can build some courage and speak to the small amount of people I see but something happened that same day my boss Mr.Nnanna came early. So as I started the topic I was saying rubbish in some words I was saying which made to think that they were not understanding , I told them this was my first time of having a speech,but something happened , our manager (Mr. Sunday) told me something that gave me the motivation I need to continue,he said that that “I am doing well that even some people first time mine is better than their own that I should continue am doing well” it gave me the courage I needed and it turns out that my boss liked the class ,and at that the end I made to laugh and smile because they always say “all work and no play makes Jake a dull boy” thank you very much for reading bye😘.🙋♂️
