As for rewards, this is precisely why Hive needs strong, independent, self-curating communities rather than large curation initiatives, as the post suggests.
Of course, but how to achieve that if users doesn't have enough power votes even if they hold all the HP of little account versus Whales Votes and Downvotes?

Mmmm I think that's not really truly, but let's think in poor people who only income source is Hive. Ok, they're not too poorly, because they have a smartphone and internet 😆 but let's say that in their country are not enough jobs available.
But then they often need way less money to make their living. I would have to withdraw some $3,000 per month to pay my rent, social security, income tax, food and everything else. That's obviously impossible with the current price, and I have to work. However, many people can work 100% online, and do my job for a fraction of my salary. Many Spanish companies outsource these remote jobs to LatAm, and pay quite well.
When you live in a determinated social strate, you think that all the people is in it. Actually, I think you can determinate the people education reading how they write. And I am not taking about orthographic mistakes... So, let's think all people are developing or high qualify people, do you they're not working online for good remote jobs? So, again, here in Hive, people writing for 5 o 15 Dollars rewards is because they haven't a better income source.
So growing account is not easy for this kind of people. Of course, maybe here we have PhD but they are blogging for pleasure and when they have time or are boring 😆
