Just out of sheer curiosity:
Why do most Hive-related things happen on Discord or Telegram?
Can't we have a universal chat accessible to anybody with a #Hive account? Not a third-party solution, and preferably cross-platform one?
Aren't supposed to be a social network too?
Hive without discord is half the experience... a sad fact, I admit.
And it's an extra barrier, like if we already hadn't enough of these :)
for me discord is more social then hive, chatrooms have always been a big part of my online social live ventrilo , teamspeak , skype , icq . don't turn hive in to a supermarket where you can buy everything under one roof but just the poor quality 😎
It's true, probably wouldn't be the best quality at first, but a chat-room ish place wouldn't hurt. Would make info available to all on Hive - which is what it should be IMO 😃
