Let me tell you how I took my leap of faith. I am a mom of two, and I've been employed full-time for six years. Recently, things were slowly getting beyond my control. I no longer have my kids' babysitter since she is already an intern for her bachelor's degree, and I could not bear asking her to do her internship while also being with my kids as their nanny. So, after calculating too many risks to mention, if I resigned from my job, I finally resigned and took my leap of faith. For the first time since I graduated from college, I am unemployed. But I am now a full-time mom to my kids. I guess I'll be able to resolve the guilt I have always been feeling and carrying for the six whole years of leaving my kids every day. I do not know how long I'll be unemployed, but this is a beginning that I have been craving for so long. Yes, new beginnings can be terrifying. It can be so messy. It can be so overwhelming. But yes, it can also be rewarding. I'll enjoy every single moment in this new phase of my life.
