I try to avoid eating out as much as possible and have dinner with my mom instead.
Even on busy days, I make an effort to spend time with her.
We talk properly and keep her mind active.
We eat a small amount of nuts, and try to focus on vegetables, fish, potatoes, seaweed, beans, and sesame.
We use just a little olive oil, and we also eat yogurt with blueberries.

Jag försöker undvika att äta ute så mycket som möjligt och istället äta middag tillsammans med mamma.
Även på stressiga dagar försöker jag tillbringa tid med henne.
