Hello Everyone,

I am covering the Ecency Discord posting topic for @beeber for a while longer while she has some time off.

Some of the Ecency Discord members in the US have been having some heavy snow. This is such contrasting weather compared to hear in Germany.

Here we have been having some sunny weather with some double-digit temperatures in the day already. We are almost in March and that is another sign that springtime is almost upon us, at least here in Europe.

Do you like springtime? It is one of my favorite times of the year because the temperatures start rising and it becomes warm but not too hot. The days become longer and brighter and there are also lots of things to enjoy outside including some festivals.

At the beginning of spring we have the asparagus season that I enjoy very much and near the end of spring starts the strawberry season. I do enjoy going strawberry picking with the kids.

As we are a worldwide community, maybe you have some other local traditions that you like to enjoy? Let us know in this week's Ecency Discord topic.

SPRINGTIME

What do you like about springtime?
What do you do? Where do you go? How is the weather?
Do you have any fond memories of a springtime past?
Do you have any local foods that you enjoy in springtime?
How do you enjoy those foods?
If you do not like springtime, what don't you like about it? Do you have another favorite time of the year?

Feel free to let your imagination flow and use another aspect that you can think of.

Please write in English or for bilingual posts make one of the languages English.

The exception is German, still, a post in only German is allowed. But because of the low interest from the German-speaking community the #edtopic explanation post will be only in English.
Nevertheless, I would still be very happy about more participants from the DACH.

No need to mention that it should be your own content and please always source your own or free-to-use photos properly.
