NOW, let's go for Part 2, did he get Job? How he survived?
It started when Ali finished his studies. Like any young guy stepping out of university he was full of ambition high energy and ready to take on the world (every second person felt this), he had big dreams (as many of us had after completing our education). But the reality of the job market hit him like a cold wave (as mentioned in previous Part). Weeks turned into months and that initial excitement of getting the things fixed, ending up the poverty for his family and for himself as well, slowly faded into a depressing routine of checking emails facing closed doors and dealing with unanswered applications. It felt like he was screaming into a void and all of his struggles went in vein.

The father, watching his son's spirit bend under the heavy weight of constant rejection, can't stay quiet. One evening as they sat down for tea his dad pulled him aside. He didn't offer toxic positivity instead of that he gave him a reminder grounded in something deeper.
"Ali," his father said gently after putting his hand on Ali's shoulder, **"remember what Allah tells us in the Holy Quran:
إِنَّ مَعَ الْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا
'Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.' (Surah Ash-Sharh 94:6)
The Father share positivity with his son and said to him that this phase of waiting isn't a punishment my son. It is preparationfor something big, don't lose your hope. You have to keep moving forward even when you can't see the destination yet. Trust Allah's timing there is no darkness."**
That conversation with his father changed something deep inside Ali. He realized that sitting around waiting for the perfect door to be opened for him isn't good not even working for so long. Now, he needed to shift his mindset but "WHERE?".
He started telling himself a line that became his daily mantra "Faith it until you Will make it." It wasn't about lake of confidence or not about pretending to be someone else, it was about having absolute unshakable faith that his daily hard work would eventually connect with the right opportunity.

So, instead of wasting his time, he went to work on himself (finally, he is going to change himself instead of looking for a perfect match, we all should do this if you're getting fail again and again). He started picking up small freelance gigs and keep learning new tools to upgrade his skills. Even when the pay was nothing he kept showing up every single day just to get experience and to make his name in market. He held onto another profound reminder from the Holy Quran:
: وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ
"And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives." (Surah An-Najm 53:39)"
Ali stopped worrying about the results and focused entirely on his efforts which helped him a lot "How?, keep reading till end". He knew that true reliance meant doing his absolute best and leaving the rest to the Almighty Allah. It reminded him of what the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:
"If you were to rely upon Allah with the reliance due to Him - He would provide for you just as He provides for the birds." (Sunan al-Tirmidhi 2344)
Now, the story takes a massive turn into Ali's side, while Ali was quietly working hard on those small freelance projects people in the local industry started noticing his work. He wasn't just doing the job he actually was putting his heart into it. His name slowly began circulating among local professionals as a guy who actually gets things done with ease.
At some point, the city's biggest and most prominent businessman was facing a massive crisis in one of his major projects. A critical project was falling apart deadlines were crashing and the businessman desperately needed a sharp reliable person to step in and save the operation. He called a meeting with his top advisors and managers, asking, "Who can handle this? I need someone who won't buckle under pressure." Without hesitation a couple of people in that room who had either worked with Ali or have seen his dedication immediately spoke up. They suggested his name. They told the businessman that "There is this young guy Ali. He is sharp incredibly hardworking and handles tough situations with total honesty. He is exactly who you need right now." With the strong recommendations the businessman decided to trust his team and called Ali in for an urgent meeting.
When Ali got the call he knew this was the moment he had been preparing for during all those dark quiet months of struggle. He stepped into the boardroom took over the failing project and poured all his energy into it. He worked day and night streamlining the processes and fixing the errors. Within a short period Ali didn't just fix the problem but he completely turned the project around in making it a massive success.

The businessman was absolutely blown away by Ali's competence maturity and work ethic. He realized Ali isn't just a temporary fix he is leadership material. Right then and there he offered Ali a permanent high ranking MANAGERIAL position with an incredible salary.
When Ali received his very first paycheck from this massive new job he didn't spend a single penny on himself. He didn't buy a new phone or clothes for his own wardrobe. Instead he went straight home grabbed his father and took him out to the city's most renowned upscale luxury shopping mall.
They sat down together at a beautiful restaurant shared an amazing meal and talked about how far they had come. Then Ali walked his father into the high end boutique clothing stores. Ali personally picked out the finest most expensive clothes on the racks and insisted on buying them knowing his dad deserved the absolute best for always believing in him.

Watching his son hand over the money at the counter his father's eyes welled up with tears. They weren't tears of sadness or worry anymore. They were tears of profound gratitude and overwhelming pride. He looked at his son and realized that after all the immense struggles, the heartbreaking rejections and the sleepless nights his boy had finally made it. Through faith, hard work and patience, he had become a truly successful man
So, as I mentioned the period of struggle was never a waste of time it was the essential foundation that shaped him into the leader he became. Looking back Ali realized that every closed door was just Allah's way of redirecting him toward a much bigger stage. When you back your hard work with deep unshakable faith and stay patient through the quiet years things don't just fall into place, they come together in ways you could have never planned yourself. It proves that when you trust the Allah Almighty's timing the reward is always greater than the struggle.
