Siomay is a typical food of the city of Bandung which in terms of language comes from like Mandarin. Because dumplings are a typical food of the city of Bandung, it is not surprising that often dumplings traders label their stalls or carts with the name Siomay Bandung listed.
The sellers of this type of roadside snacks usually use kiosks, carts and even bicycles as a place for their wares.
This afternoon I bought dumplings who were around selling their wares by bicycle.
This food consists of raw materials in the form of wheat flour, sago and types of vegetables such as paria, potatoes and cabbage which are steamed mixed with peanut sauce, soy sauce and sauce.
