when I complete a quest, I only get one chest. What level does one need to be to get three chests? 🤔🤔

!WINE @iamraincrystal it looks like i am a silver 2 on my account i have a few other accounts too and i only get 1 chest too. I've put a little money buying cards and it definitly helped me.
