Hi fighters & survivors,
Do you often feel lonely whenever you are in a low mood? Do you cancel plans with friends & family just because you can be alone & do nothing? Do you feel like no one can understand your mental breakdown?
I used to be like that. I was a person who put up a smile even though my life is on fire. I hide my pain until I become numb. I thought I can handle all my issues alone until I’m turning myself against myself. Before I start my healing journey, I took depression lightly because I think it's a norm for humans to get depressed.
Until I dare to seek professional help, they thought me a lot of things about being human to allowing yourself to live with acknowledge all of your emotions. They taught me to unlearn everything that I thought that leave me in a toxic mindset. They taught me to relearn myself better without a cloudy view of my trauma.
Hence why I believe everyone who struggles with Mental Health should not be alone in this battle. From fighters to fighters, we think alike, feel alike, and struggle alike. Being in your like-minded support group can make a difference in your healing journey. @mywiphealing creates a safe space for Mental Health Fighters & Survivors to share, embrace & self-discovery through various community activities from Art, Nature & Volunteering.
What we can do as a functional society is to get ourselves educated as much as possible soo we can save more lives of the people we love. Join our #mywiphealing2022 campaign soo we can inspire more people to heal.
