I am no stranger to either one of them. I even broke @aureal server a couple of times. Lol.
I've got somewhere between 150 - 200 videos on 3Speak across 3 hive accounts and have been using the RSS feed for Podcasting 2.0 since they implemented it.
This podcast is meant to be outside of Hive to help pull people into Hive. So by using those I would be literally preaching to the choir as I have been for nearly 2 years already. Gotta go get dirty to bring in the crop from the fields as they say.
But the podcast will be here on Hive to show as an example to that audience.
