Some devs have great ideas, skill, and communication, though the only requirement missing is the funding. 🤔 That's where requesting funding from Hive Proposals would help (a lot). 😎
With great ideas coupled with effective communication and a working initial project, they have a good chance of getting (partial or full) funding from a Hive Proposal. 🤓

Yes, indeed, that's very true, there are many, and community funding is very important in that regard! Proposals are a great avenue of funding, but it's also not so easy to successfully get them funded.

Some people on Hive (particularly those whose Hive accounts have lots of Hive Power) say that to have more Hive proposals funded, they should remove their votes on the "Return Proposal" (RP) where all proposals whose votes are under the RP votes won't get funded. 🤔 That will drain the Decentralized Hive Fund (DHF) faster though. 🤯🤓

Yes, that's true. I've never voted on the Return Proposal, as I do want more to be funded. Is most of the HBD in the DHF staked, so that it's compounding interest? Yes, true, it would drain the DHF faster, if it were not replenished faster. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

None of the HBD on the Hive fund account wallet is staked. 🤔 I don't think any HBD on that wallet should be staked, as its sole purpose is to hold the HBD funds that they get distributed to all Hive proposals whose votes are above the Return Proposal. 🤓

The Hive fund is replenished both through inflation of the HIVE token (where it takes almost all of its funding) and through people on Hive who voluntarily add to the fund (by setting hive.fund as the beneficiary of their posts and comments, by curating content whose author rewards go to hive.fund, and/or by sending HIVE or HBD directly to hive.fund). 🤓
I haven't read thoroughly what happens when the funds run out, though it is safe to assume that some or all Hive proposals won't get funding for at least one time when the funds become depleted. 🤯😅
