We need to understand - what are we selling?
Are we selling our freedom to speech? Just for some expenses?
Unfortunately, this capitalist society, for the most part, cares about maximum profit.
And, I do agree with you. Nothing beats freedom of speech, especially the region I am from, it is indeed a blessing. I hope people learn a lesson or two about this thing, and start valuing other things as well.
