RE: What got me muted in the Ladies Of Hive Community?

You were attempting to monetize content that does not belong to you, and doing so in a low-effort manner. Taking ten seconds to drop a link to a video on YouTube with only 3, 4, or 11 words is not "quality content" that is worthy of support. Continuing to do this will lessen the value of the blockchain to outsiders and will damage the reputation of Hive in the crypto world. The value of the underlying HIVE coin will likely decrease as a result. I am remiss for not making this clear when you shared the Courtney Ryan videos in August without adding any writing of your own.

If you wish to embed a video from YouTube as supporting evidence for something you have written in a longer article, that is fine. In that case, you are monetizing your own writing, and the embedded video is merely a tangential element. Many people here write 500-word or 1000-word posts and link a YouTube video to illustrate or support what they're saying in their own writing.

I have not looked at your blog since you were muted, but I now see another post which is titled "I Agree. Women Should NOT Vote!" This is definitely not uplifting to the rights and issues of women, and tells me that perhaps you might be happier sharing your content in other places, anyway, than in our community of women.
