Yes, i do think #Fractally could be used for Hive Community Governance (not for chain security governance) but perhaps for DAO and witness voting (and other purposes we could discuss). Fractally does however limit number of active governance participants to approx. 7700 people. So we would need to think carefully.
i do think #Matrix8 would be a better option though for above reason and more. However, Fractally is in alpha or maybe beta whereas #thematrix8solution is still on the drawing board, and i'm not up to date with Fractally.
