I read some blog posts about the various methods of earning BRO tokens. I delegated hive to @brofi and bought BRO on the internal exchange.
Some say that I can reach 16% ROI but I only get a few. Are there any additional conditions I'm not aware of?

As far as returns for delegation, there are no additional requirements. To accurately calculate ROI you have to calculate the value of the BRO you are receiving vs. the value of the HIVE you are delegating. One BRO is worth significantly more than one HIVE at the moment. Holding BRO also earns you HIVE.
You can also delegate to @stickupcurator to earn their new token, Legion (LGN). Keep in mind though that the reward schedule is different (weekly I think) and Legion must be staked to earn hive, unlike BRO.

In order to calculate the (yearly) ROI, you also have to estimate the value of the tokens over time. E.g. many Hive Engine-tokens lose their value compared to Hive because their inflation is much higher than the one of Hive. Therefore the absolute numbers like "16%" are purely fictional, as these tokens hardly keep their value over time.
