This picture makes me laugh.

I happened to look over my shoulder, into the next room, and this is what I saw.

Our rescued boy, a Boston Terrier who was just 5 months old when he was surrendered and had such troubles that he was 7 months old by the time we adopted him.

His name was Bits, but we changed it to Orbit. Something close enough to not confuse him.
If you've read any of my other posts, you know he was trouble. Most notably he liked to bite. A friend visited when we first got him and she had to keep her gloves on so that her hands would not get marred.
I would spend time locked in my room, crying, because no matter what route I took (and trust me, I turned to all the trainers!) he just wanted to bite my hands.
Long story short, he did eventually learn what was acceptable for biting. So he's big into stuffed toys.

He's going to be 4 years old this summer! ....REALLY!? FOUR!? HOW DID THAT HAPPEN!?...

He's come a long way but images like this, mouth clamped around this dinosaur's butt and eyes glued to me, remind me of those days.
The days I felt hopeless.
The days that eventually passed and gave us a clever boy with a bit of an unpredictability about him.

YAY!!! I've been working so hard to stay in the communities! This excites me more than maybe it should???
;)

No @barracudadiaries, that's great and absolutely normal 😊😄

He's so cute! Glad that you managed to get to a place where you are both happy. I bet he's grateful every day that you adopted him. Especially on days he's knawing dinosaur butt!

Haha! Orbit LOVES standing on his hind legs to show he is NOT a 'small' dog! ;)
