When I was in Girl Scouts (decades ago) I needed a pen pal in order to earn a particular badge I wanted. My mother suggested I write to my cousin, her only sister's only child. We were close in age, and became well acquainted over the years. Now we email, but I might just take the time to write her an old-fashioned letter one of these days.

I bet she would love that! There is something so special about receiving a letter! Can you imagine all the memories that would bring??
A couple of months ago I did send her a handwritten letter, and she truly enjoyed it!
