This is very true. Ask my son how long it took him and his wife to just get her a visiting VISA. And all they had to go through to get it.

Sheesh, yeah everyone is always surprised when they learn I moved to Syria, but for those of us who have seen the hurdles of coming to the USA, we know it's the only option other than separation from our spouse. Sigh. At least I know Alex has found roots there, hopefully I will find mine here too in time.

I was stressed out and took out some coloring books, I have the pencils you gave me here and smiled cause you did always tell me I should slow the heck down and just enjoy being creative without expectations more haha! I'm working on a fox in a field of flowers, it probably won't shock you that I drew a cigarette into his mouth 🤣
