Greetings friends of #Hive and community @mundo. autism, it is a pleasure to greet you wishing you have a great day together with your loved ones, we are in the month of June and in the country (Venezuela), the third Sunday of this month is celebrated Father's Day a special day to pay tribute to fathers who with love and dedication give their best for the welfare of his family, to work and provide food for the home, the project is a drawstring bag, ideal for shopping or carry tools for work, it is simple to make, I invite you to accompany me the process of elaboration.
Saludos amigos de #Hive y comunidad @mundo.autismo, es un placer saludarles deseando que tengan un excelente día en unión de sus seres queridos, estamos en el mes de junio y en el país (Venezuela), el tercer domingo de este mes se celebra el Día del Padre un día especial para rendir homenaje a los padres que con amor y dedicación dan lo mejor de si por el bienestar de su familia, al trabajar y proveer los alimentos para el hogar, el proyecto se trata de un bolso con cordones, ideal para hacer la compra o llevar herramientas para el trabajo, es sencillo de hacer, les invito me acompañen el proceso de elaboración.

The first step was to cut two 90 centimeter long rectangles, then I faced them right sides together and pinned, one will be the main fabric and the other the lining, this way the bag is stronger.

El primer paso fue cortar dos rectángulos de 90 centímetros de largo, luego los enfrenté por el derecho y sujeté con alfileres, uno será la tela principal y el otro el forro, así el bolso queda más fuerte.
Right sides together, I sewed the outline with a straight stitch leaving an opening for turning and cut the excess fabric.
Enfrentados los derechos, cosí el contorno con puntada recta dejando una abertura para voltear y corté el sobrante de tela.
To make the handles where the cord is placed at the bottom, I cut a strip approximately 20 centimeters long, folded and sewed with a straight stitch, then repeated and cut in half.
Para hacer las asas donde se coloca el cordón en la parte inferior, corté una tira de aproximadamente 20 centímetros de largo, doblé y cosí con puntada recta, luego repisé y corté a la mitad.
Once the piece was turned over, I folded it in half to form the bag, pinned it and left seven (7) centimeters unsewn at the top, then I closed the sides with a straight stitch and reinforced with zigzag, since the bag can be used to buy or store tools, it is important to secure the seams with this stitch. I also added the handles at the bottom and pinned them so they won't move when sewing.
Volteada la pieza, la doblé por la mitad formando así el bolso, sujeté con alfileres y en la parte superior dejé siete (7) centímetros sin coser, luego cerré los laterales con puntada recta y reforcé con zigzag, ya que, el bolso se puede usar para comprar o guardar herramientas, es importante asegurar las costuras con esta puntada. Además agregué las asas en la parte de abajo y sujeté con alfileres para que no se muevan al momento de coser.
To finish, I sewed a hem at the top, of approximately two (2) centimeters, I used straight stitch and with the help of a pin I passed the cord on both sides of the channels and then I took the ends of the cord to the handles and made a knot and sealed it with a lighter to prevent it from coming loose.
Para finalizar, cosí un dobladillo en la parte superior, de aproximadamente dos (2) centímetros, utilicé puntada recta y con ayuda de un alfiler pasé el cordón a ambos lados de los canales y luego llevé los extremos del cordón hasta las asas e hice un nudo y sellé con un encendedor para evitar que se suelte.

Con estos sencillos pasos, está terminando un lindo bolso para obsequiar a papá en su día, en su elaboración puedes emplear la tela de tu preferencia y adaptar las medidas de acuerdo al uso que se le vaya a dar, también se puede personalizar escribiendo el nombre de papá o agregando una imagen de su película o serie favorita, los detalles decorativos le darán un mejor estilo y será un diseño exclusivo para Papá.
