Beurys Rodríguez @beurys_rodriguez, quienes desde una vez conocida la propuesta se interesaron en dar seguimientos a esta labor, propuesta que fue realizada por la Organización Venezolana de Autismo @ovautismo, bajo la responsabilidad de Johanna Peñalver, quienes en su visita en agosto del años paso (2022) dejaron plantada la idea de crear reglamentos u ordenanza Municipales para la inclusión de las personas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista, una vez dejada esa idea, quedo bajo la responsabilidad de la Fundación de Autismos del Municipio Esteller en realizar lo que estuviera al alcance para que esto se concretara y al mismo tiempo trabaja de la manos con la Organización Venezolana de Autismo a distancia aunque contamos con un enlace en el mismo Estado Portuguesa la profesora Julieve Quero @julievequero gran profesional quien nos acompañó en varias mesa de trabajos, sin embargo recibiendo asesoría a distancia de la Coordinadora de la OVA Johanna Peñalver.

• Título III: en este está lo del sistema municipal de atención integral a las personas con trastorno del espectro autista (TEA), son 2 Capitulo y 6 Artículos
• Título IV: Acá se refleja las sanciones u obligaciones, el cual tiene 1 Capitulo y 8 Artículos
• Título V: en él se encuentra disposiciones transitorias, 2 Capitulo y 6 Artículos
