It may be a good idea to move out of all Steem and Hive holdings in anticipation of bull run or higher profits in other cryptos but cashing out to fiat doesn't make much sense to me unless you have a better opportunity elsewhere. And even if you cash out, you will need to safeguard your keys to operate your blog here anyway :)
