From a fundamental perspective and market one, I am a MT and LT Bitcoin Bull but the incoming lockdown could make some investors take some profits to cover future economic crisis.
On the other hand, it could also mean more money printing and therefore a higher BTC in nominal USD price (USD real value falling ofc)
I would add that every cycle is more prolonged, so Oct 2021 should be a bit too early. But of course as you mentioned, it doesn't have to happen a third time... Nevertheless if a critical mass believes in it, it will probably happen^^
