Hello Splinterlandians and everyone everywhere, once again I bring you
one the best battles in the entire Splinterlands, I mean, its a challenge to show off afterall!
So before we dive in, let me tell you how my fights have been over the new season, I've kicked ass,..... I've got my ass kicked,...... which is the usual trend at the beginning of every new season, the new reward cards are cool, think I got one yesterday, everyday is the same in Splinterlands, battle, battle battle repeat!.
So the challenge this week was to show off a battle using
CHALLENGE RULES
THEME: BARKING SPIDER
Edition: REWARD
Rarity: COMMON
Element: EARTH
Current Trade Value Alpha: $0.01
This card ain't on my top ten list of cards in the Earth Splinter such that its either I've used it just once or twice or never, sorry Earth splinter just has too many fun cards. So looking deep into this card, its jest meh in its low levels, but it comes to life in its highest levels where it even has the ability to make enemy monsters increase their chances of missing targets.
Not just that, its also equipped with ranged attack of 3 damage points with 7 cards, now that not a bad card if you'd ask me, especially at those high levels for a card of 4 Mana! RESPECT!
Next thing is for us to go into the battle, I'm sure you can't wait and are as excited as I am to reveal my line up and how I won the battle with a little of strategy and a lot of luck.
I don't know what I was thinking but my line up firstly was crappy,

I used a reflector as my first soldier with the hopes that my opponent was going to bring in magic monsters and regret it, but alas, reverse was the case, not one magic monster was brought to battle, at the time my reflector died, I'd lost all hope already,
I thought I'd lost the battle but my opponent made the mistake of bringing in cards with low life, if you watch the replay by clicking the image above, you'd see how the tides turned and it really isn't over until its over. I was able to conquer and defeat!

I think I made a right choice by fixing the tank healer at that position, it gave me an edge over my opponents as I could have been eliminated earlier.
My Barking spider maintained a solemn position all through,

I will like to refer to its operation in that position as a "crouching tiger, hidden dragon", just strategically delivering its blows and causing some major damage. The story might have been different in a more interesting way if I had my Barking Spider at its highest levels.
For entertainment and learning purposes, please do yourself a favour and click the less than 2mins replay of action, suspense and intrigue, as you watch the Barking spider in action.
Don't forget that if you don't have a Hive account or haven't bought any cards, you can still play for fun by registering with your Email address. This will allow you access to a lite account. The real deal is when you buy your cards and build your deck, because only then will you have access to tournaments, daily and season quests.
If you're game, I'm always up for a challenge. Hit me up and get your ass whooped.
Battle till you drop!!!! See ya.😠😡😈😈😠😝

The spider is quite useless at its low levels compared to its high levels....i think the tank healer was actually my saving grace here.
Appreciate your comment amigos.
Have you started playing too? I should check your deck out
Im on gold level 1 presently, my shitty network ends me up surrendering battles and stuff, what I hate more than loosing is surrendering, like why the heck will i surrender. But id just try to find a good spot and battle all the way up, joining you in Diamond level soon.
Tough situation. I wish you luck!
