I love taking the bus and train to work. You can get a lot of work done before you get to work. And the views are spectacular. I have to remind my iPhone that no, I am not driving.

I enjoy when I go to other cities and can take the train. I can write, work, and have a coffee in comfort :)
We bought our house outside the City based on the nearby train stop back into town. I work 80 % of the time from home but enjoy the days I need to take the train into the office for meetings. Although some of the meetings could have been handled with an email. Or a zoom call.
