Btw, do you notice any change to depressive states when you are more outside and spending time in company?

Being outside, in Summer, especially close to nature always help a lot. When it comes to company — a good company is like a wind blowing in your wings, a bad one for me usually is worse than no company at all.
When it comes to me and this particular depressive time, what actually helped me a lot was to learn again how to enjoy being alone. I say again, because it seems I somehow forgot it. But it will depend a lot on your personality. If you’re an extrovert then definitely look for a valuable company. I’m more of an ambivert or even introvert, so as much as close people help, I also need quality time on my own. Reading a good book, going to sauna or a nice walk – that helps.
