I actually just learned in the past couple of weeks that when women have mastectomies, they usually lose their nipples as well. It's just part of the process I guess.

I heard that when they do boob lifts they cut the nipple off and then put it back on in the right place.
That make sense. There s probably more there to work with versus when the fully remove them.
