Probably my biggest struggle with discipline comes on the self control side of things and eating. I am much better than I used to be, but for that time when I wasn't, I got a bit unhealthy and it has been a long road trying to get back to where I want to be.

Yep, and that's one of the most important aspects of life to be disciplined with.
