I have experience similar senerio also, where tow teenage boys, oonw completely spoon fed the other at early age has started experiencing life struggle, though the parent where separated so the kid woth tje dad was trained and given real life experience,he knew how to navigate the struggles of life other than the other brother who was brought up in a system where all commodities are made available. That is a very dangerous style of bring up wards, i am not against a better or comfortable living. But there should be discipline. In terms of emotional sensitivity, I think many individual can learn it but it takes more to managed. Like it's of necessity to managing emotions because it can destabilize actions and reaction @tarazkp
I am bit against comfortable living either, but there has to be the opportunity to develop I discomfort too, otherwise skills are too unbalanced.
