
Trying to Balance Anxiety.
Good day beloved, trust this writings meets y'all well, and once again welcome to blog "what I am thankful so far this year 2025" is the grace and ability of gradually overcoming anxiety.
I am thankful and grateful to "myself" for a gradual change personally. It was and is all discipline and consistency

Being thankful about somethings don't necessarily means it must be materialistic, or financially but even an atom of self improvement or development you disciplined yourself to achieve and you saw the changes that's enough to tell yourself "I am thankful so far for this adjustment or from this addiction pattern. So it's not a must we show and express gratitude to material things but also personal improvement.
Anxiety in teenagers like us is a common issue and mental problem that's been ignited by fear, nervousness and constant worry. When all aforementioned persist and overwhelmed a person its opens the door for anxiety and if not quickly and properly controlled depression might set in.
Basically anxiety is a normal emotional activity that occurs on anyone regardless of the age, body type, gender or race as far as the braincells are functioning it can propel emotions, but when it become a constant habit it needs to be controlled.
Pick pointing we the teenagers, anxiety is so common on us because we're much faced with life challenges and also temptation at an early age(this is mostly caused by peer pressure) and when the society doesn't understand us that there's time for everything.
So because of this pressure emotional break down sets in. In some cases parent are to be blame by the constant comparison between their own wards and another children not knowing the exact things that create those riches.

If you're too anxious to become rich and wealthy without following due process of learning and making sacrifices with sweat and patience then there's a problem with you that's needs attention.
Pressure in academic work is another push that causes anxiety in teenagers. This is created from the high expectation from teachers, parent and even themselves then forgetting to focus and not hurriedly carry out the task which might now end up a failure, not that he or she wasn't intelligent or brilliant but over anxiety took over that caused internal distraction.
Even emotional related factors like the family related issues that might arise either relatives conflict, child abuse or mismanagement of funds and body irregular changes also, all these can make a teenager to be anxious and probably fall into depression if it doesn't align with what's expected.
I'm gradually overcoming unnecessary anxiety by taking in less social media screen time, its just pressure and oppression everywhere. I reduced self comparison, I shouldn't compare myself with everybody even when I don't know how they got there.

Having a mentor that is well equipt with vital information for growth. With time you will find out your mind has been at peace and comfortability other than thinking about something everytime.
Remember overcoming anxiety takes time and lot of patience but as I am gradually taking a step towards achieving it I'm so thankful to myself for starting it this year and fee months pass i'm seeing some changes.
Always be THANKFUL for your own self development, you're doing great.
