I enjoyed the example of the elephant. I was not convinced at first, but that story and the story of AC and DC electricity really opened my eyes. It is a pity to see how the best of us fail for lack of sight of the real problem, we are physicially only able to see what our eyes will show us, and our brains have been trained to use only that limited information we are presented with.
It's also amazing that we call people Visionaries who see what others don't see, it's incredible how we know the answers and even name the people visionaries because we know they can see what others cannot, yet we resist working with others who see things from a perspective far different then our own, despite that being exactly what we need to see all of the problem.
Irony at it's best.
