We all have come to this world and we have to go back, but here we see that there are many people who do not behave well with the workers at all, so those people do a lot of wrong. I often hear complaints from employers about workers.
But I don't hear employers looking inward to see what shortcomings they or their company may have and how those shortcomings may affect worker behavior and performance.
